AVOID THIS ROAD SERVICE!!! We've had an air leak near Akron, OH. We've called this guy to replace an air line. He showed up around 17:00 to diagnose. Then he went to take part, which take him more than 3 hours. He came back and replace the air line, and charged $1,461.09 for air line replacement. It was around midnight and the driver tried to negotiate by himself, explaining that $1,461.09 is too much for this service. Then he threatens that he will put GPS on the truck and will come to our yard and damage all of our trucks. Then he called police and DOT. We did not had a choise but to pay for the repair. Terrible road service, please avoid this truck repair shop!!! Receipt attached.

Truckers this is not a shop. He is just a guy sitting somewhere with a phone. I had major cooling leak and at the time didn’t know where the leak was from, I clearly explained to him that I have a coolant leak and he sent a guy who is driving a personal car with no tools and of course no coolant even though I clearly mentioned I have a coolant leak. The dude looked at the truck like 10 minutes and said he thinks it’s the radiator and cannot do the job. They charged me $785 plus $26 fee for the portal he used which he never mentioned that there will be a fee and I will share the receipt. Don’t fall for this scam specially if you have an accent, he will painfully ripped you off.

I noticed a strange odor coming from the engine bay. The mobile mechanic identified a leaking coolant hose and promptly replaced it. No more weird smells.

Noisy exhaust on the side of the road got a quick fix. The repair team arrived, did their thing, and now my truck runs silently.
